Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern use of The Nursing Disruptor during the closed beta. By using the platform, you agree to use it responsibly and only for educational NCLEX preparation.
Educational use only
The platform provides study tools, practice questions, rationales, analytics, and tutor support. It is not medical, nursing, legal, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee an exam result.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend access for misuse, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not share accounts, scrape content, or attempt to bypass paywalls, limits, or security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or sensitive clinical information about real patients.
- Do not use the AI tutor to seek clinical instructions for real-world care decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is processed through Stripe Checkout. Prices, billing cadence, and any trial or launch offer are shown before purchase. You can manage an active subscription through the billing page and Stripe Customer Portal. A free preview may be limited by distinct question count and feature access.
AI and content quality
Some explanations, tutor responses, and content workflows use AI systems. We add grounding, safety checks, review workflows, and fallbacks, but AI output can still be incomplete or wrong. Always study from the approved rationale and current NCLEX guidance.
Changes and availability
Closed-beta features may change, break, or be withdrawn while we improve the product. We may update these terms as the beta moves toward public launch.
